Information technology takes the computer multimedia and network communication as the basis, which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the teaching of sports food. In this study, it takes the interpretation of teaching mode as the starting point, exploring the teaching mode based on information technology. Moreover, it analyzed the construction strategy of food stereoscopic teaching mode based on the interpretation.
