Review on Impacts of Nutritional Supplement Creatine on Explosive Force and Anti-Fatigue Ability of Athletes

Abstracts


The aim of this study was to review the impacts of nutritional supplement creatine on explosive force and anti-fatigue ability of athletes. The high-intensity exercises will cause sports fatigue and the improvement of anti-fatigue ability and elimination of fatigue will directly affect the completion of training plan. Vitamins and minerals, proteins, health foods and energy drinks etc. nutrition supplements have been widely accepted by athletes and coaches in China for a long time. The sports practices showed that the creatine plays an important role to human body, especially in strengthening the explosive force and anti-fatigue ability of athletes. This study mainly discusses how athletes and coaches supplement creatine in a correct way and whether there is a certain side effects if taking creatine for a long term.
