本研究探討文化人類學相關課程之師生,如何透過原住民族文化知識的教學,在大學中營造友善的多元文化環境?研究採用質性研究方法,透過教學大綱的文件分析與現職教師的深入訪談,瞭解文化人類學教學中目前應用原住民族文化知識的現況。教師在授課過程中多數能夠將自己的研究經驗轉化成教學上的應用。有關原住民文化相關議題的探討,也會結合當下社會時事的議題與學生進行討論。關於多元文化之塑造,希望透過現有課程實踐經驗,擴充至學生社團活動,加上校方的重視,一起營造多元文化教學的友善校園。研究發現豐富的臺灣原住民族文化知識,可以適當地融入於文化人類學課程中。人類學者應發揮臺灣文化的多元性,積極加入人類學知識建構的過程,並透過原住民族文化知識的教學,應用原住民族文化知識於人類學教育之中。
This paper focuses on how teachers who were related to cultural anthropology courses embody themselves in the environment of higher education which emphasized to teach indigenous cultural knowledge? We used qualitative research methods such as documental analysis and in-depth interviews to collect data. Interviewed 10 teachers showed that the importance of presenting indigenous cultures which fit the teaching goals of cultural anthropology. Also, the appliance of indigenous cultural knowledge can improve the understanding of cultures from non-western experiences. Teachers can apply their own studies or current issues about indigenous cultures and create teaching methods from indigenous ways such as sharing learning and collective knowledge in the courses. To enrich the current teaching methods and empower indigenous studies, we encourage cultural anthropologists in Taiwan to apply indigenous cultural knowledge during the processes of teaching. Furthermore, we can construct a friendly multicultural learning environment for indigenous and multicultural education on campus.
