摘要

海運承攬運送業者面對競爭激烈的環境，如何透過供應鏈管理提升競爭優勢，乃是目前海運承攬運送業者實務管理上相當重要的議題。本研究主要探討以供應鏈管理檢視海運承攬運送業之競爭優勢。透過以「物流」、「金流」、「人才流」與「資訊流」探討海運承攬運送業之競爭優勢，透過國內業者沛華集團中臺北沛華實業股份有限公司及沛榮國際股份有限公司中臺北沛榮，並且實際訪談業者及電話確認等審慎調查過程，將其個案結果作為本研究之主要架構，並針對供應鏈管理之四流整理彙整出海運承攬運送業之競爭優勢，以作為業者之參考。

When the ocean freight forwards face the keen competition, the management has to find what using supply chain management could achieve the competitive advantages.The research is for the purpose of using supply chain management to observe the competitive advantages of ocean freight forwards-a case study of Pacific Star and Pacific Concord Group. Through the material flows, financial flows, human resource and information flows of an enterprise, it will find out which the competitive advantages of ocean freight forwards, provides to industry the reference.
