園藝治療活動帶領者的介入策略與意圖之探究

Research on the Intervention Strategy and Intention of Therapists in Horticultural Therapy

摘要


本研究旨在探究園藝治療活動帶領者在設計及帶領活動時的介入策略、意圖及影響意圖之因素。本研究邀請四位具有園藝治療實務經驗之工作者,採用半結構式個別訪談蒐集資料,並以質性研究中的內容分析方法進行整理與分析。本研究結論如下:(一)帶領者的介入策略包含「活動前的規劃與設計」和「活動過程的引導與回應」二面向。(二)其介入意圖可分為四類:「帶來正向的情緒感受」、「促進成員產生新學習」、「增加成員與外界的連結」與「協助成員投入活動」,且能夠呼應園藝治療福祉。(三)帶領者介入意圖受到「園藝治療活動帶領者原先的訓練背景」、「擔任園藝治療活動帶領者過程中累積的經驗」、「園藝治療師自身的信念」、「成員的特質與能力」、「課程架構」、「主辦單位和園藝治療活動帶領者之間的溝通」等因素影響。最後,再依據此研究結論,提供園藝治療師訓練、實務運用及後續研究之相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore horticultural therapists' intervention strategies , intentions, and factors which affecting their intention in horticultural therapy. Four participants were interviewed by semi-structured and open-ended questions for collecting data, then collected data in this study were organized and analyzed by content analysis. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The intervention strategies of horticultural therapists include: (a)planning and designing before the activity, and (b)guides and responses in the activity process. (2) The intervention intentions of horticultural therapists include: (a)bringing positive emotional feeling, (b)promoting members to generate new learning, (c)increasing members' connection with the outside world and (d)assisting members to participate in activities. Meanwhile, the four categories echo the well-being of horticultural therapy. (3) The intention of horticultural therapist's intervention is influenced by the original training background of the horticultural therapist, the experiences accumulated in the process of serving as a horticultural therapist, the beliefs of the horticultural therapist, the characteristics and abilities of the members, the curriculum structure, and the communication between the organizer and the horticultural therapist. Finally, based on the findings, the study provides relevant suggestions for practical workers and future researchers.
