性別文化指標：國際發展

本研究首先檢視聯合國涉及性別與文化相關的指標架構、目標、公約、資料庫等，從中整理出與性別文化有關的內容。考量聯合國教科文組織對國際文化發展具重要影響，其在性別指標亦有所著墨，再而研究分析就聯合國教科文組織對於性別文化指標的報告內容。並分析亞太經濟合作會議及歐盟等國際組織對於性別文化指標的討論內容。最後，總結國際組織在性別文化指標的作法、重點，提出臺灣規劃文化領域性別平等指標的可能發展方向。

This study begins by examining the United Nations' framework, objectives, conventions, databases, and other related materials concerning gender and culture. Relevant content related to gender and culture is extracted from these sources. Considering the significant influence of UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) on international cultural development and its emphasis on gender indicators, the study further analyzes UNESCO's reports on gender cultural indicators. Additionally, the study analyzes discussions on gender cultural indicators by international organizations such as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the European Union (EU). Finally, the research summarizes the approaches and focal points of international organizations regarding gender cultural indicators and proposes potential directions for Taiwan's development of gender equality indicators in the cultural field.
