室內設計系組學生校外實習經驗反饋之研究

A STUDY ON THE FEEBACKS FROM THE INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCES OF INTERIOR DESIGN STUDENTS

摘要


產業界對於大學校院畢業學生實務能力不足或不符產業用人需求的情形,有許多的意見及批評,室內設計系組學生參與校外實習是各校提升學生專業實務能力的主要策略與作法。本研究以質性訪談法中的半結構式訪談法,採取立意抽樣選取受訪者,從室內設計系組學生參與校外實習的經驗中探討實習制度與規定、學校課程規劃與實務教學及學生所需專業能力等議題。研究結論包括(1)到職場去實際實習操作是必要的;(2)學生至少應在完成大二的課程再到業界實習;(3)二個月時間的暑期實習時間僅能讓學生瞭解到產業屬性、工作環境、工作內容與運作方式;(4)學校課程中電腦軟體AutoCAD及施工圖繪製的應用性最高;及(5)業者最重視的是實習生的工作及學習「態度」。

There are a lot of opinions and criticisms on the lack of practical ability of college graduates from the industry. The internship of students in interior design companies is the main strategy and method for students to improve their professional ability. In this study, the method of semi-structured interview is adopted and interviewees are selected by purposive sampling to explore internship system and regulations, curriculum planning and practice teaching and the students' need for professional competence from the experience of the interviewees in their interior design internship. Research findings include(1)off-campus internship is necessary for interior design undergraduates, (2) students should participate off-campus internship after they complete sophomore courses, (3)two months of summer internship time only allows students to know the industrial properties, work environment, work content and mode of operation, (4) AutoCAD and construction drawing are useful for students' internship, and (5) The most important thing for the intern is the attitude of working and learning.
