The main purpose of our study is to discuss the related factors of learning motivation and learning behaviors affecting life satisfaction among senior citizens, and to study the age-aged people over 55 in Taiwan. The results of our study showed that seniors were generally good at learning motivation, learning behavior and life satisfaction. In regression analysis, social participation motivation and spiritual motivation positively influence learning behavior; and physiological motivation, social participation motivation and spiritual motivation positively affect life satisfaction, and finally, learning characteristics and learning principles will positively affect the degree of the life satisfaction. We hope that the results of this study will provide a basis for reference to relevant factors in the future government policy or educational learning institutions to implement the ageing learning policy.
