摘要

《信仰之旅》一書，呈現林語堂從儒、釋、道、耶、宗教、哲學、科學、文化等多重視域，探索個人對知識、信仰的追尋理路，從中可見其學識之廣度與深度。為求深入探討，拙文擬聚焦討論《信仰之旅》一書中林語堂的儒耶文化觀，並藉此呈現其觀點在近代中西文化思潮光譜上的意義與價值。

The ＂From Pagan to Christian＂ described multiple aspects of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity, common religions, philosophy, science and culture. It explored the individual search for knowledge and faith and meanwhile presented the breadth and depth of the scholarly attainments of the author. By focusing on Lin's viewpoints discussed in his ＂From Pagan to Christian＂, the researcher tried to reveal the meaning and value of Chinese and Western culture in modern history.
