摘要

雖然生化酵素法檢測血液酒精濃度速度較快也較簡便，但因有偽陽性的可能以致所測得之檢測值屢受各界質疑且導致法院判決不盡相同。應使用國際標準認證之頂空氣相層析法進行檢驗，以提供準確的法庭證據。

Although the ethanol assay is faster and easier to detect the blood alcohol concentration, the false positive alcohol values are often questioned by all walks of life and lead to different judgments by courts. Headspace gas chromatography flame ionization detector or headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry certified by international standards should be used for inspection to provide more accurate evidence in court.
