摘要

中國物業管理快速發展，對人才需求越來越大。但高校培養的人才與社會需求有較大脫節，原因是多方面的。本文從高校辦學自身找出原因，並提出從工程管理學科背景下，培養物業管理專業是一種可行的思路，以專業模組教育，彰顯物業管理特色。還提出了必須加強實踐環節，整合資源，構建複合型人才培養實踐平臺。通過現代工程基礎實驗室、專業技術實驗與產學研基地循序漸近系統訓練，使學生不僅具有較厚實的知識，而且還具有較強的各種能力，在物業管理的工作中做出成績。

Along with the development of property management, the demand for talent is becomes more and more. However, there are many reasons that cause the huge gap between personnel training with social needs. In this paper, we found the reason through the education link and proposed that it is a feasible thought of training property management students on the background of engineering management subject, showing the special of engineering management subject with the training of professional model. We also proposed the necessity of strengthing practice link and integrate resources to construct the platform of compound talents. Through system training of the modern basis engineering laboratory, professional technology experiment and REP system, students have comprehensive professional knowledge and skills, could make achievement in the work of property management.
