We analyzed patients who had dislocated shoulder and received reduction in emergency room. There were 189 patients enrolled. Males were dominant at 62.4%. The age distribution was 14-91 years old with an average age of 46.0 years. The males were predominated at 62.4%. A total of 242 reductions were performed in the ED and the overall success rate was 96.7%. Anterior dislocation was 98.8%. The causes of dislocation were recurrence 47.9%. Fractures around shoulder were note in 22.8% patients. The complication rate was 2.1%.
