雲林地區高職實用技能學程美髮技術科學生學習滿意度之研究

A Study on Learning Satisfaction for Students of Practical Technical Program in the Dept of Hair Dressing at Vocational High Schools in Yunlin Area

摘要


本研究主旨為探討雲林地區高職實用技能學程美髮技術科學生不同的背景因素在學習滿意度上的差異情形。研究對象為雲林地區高職實用技能學程美髮技術科學生,樣本抽取採普查方式,研究工具為自編問卷,共計發放150份問卷,回收140份有效問卷,有效回收率達93.3%。在樣本資料回收後,運用SPSS 18.0版統計套裝軟體進行統計分析,透過描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,獲得以下結論:一、不同年級的學生在學習滿意度之「學校行政」因素構面上有顯著差異。二、不同就讀原因的學生在學習滿意度之「學習成果」因素構面上有顯著差異。三、有無証照的學生在學習滿意度之「學校行政」與「學習環境」兩個因素構面上有顯著差異。

This study was to explore learning satisfaction for students of practical technical program in the department of hair dressing in vocational high school in Yunlin area by a questionnaire survey. We received 150 questionnaires. After deleted some ineffective questionnaires, the remaining 140 questionnaires yielded the efficient receive ratio about 93.3%. To analyze the collected data the statistical methods used included Discriminate Analysis, Item Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independent Sample t-test and One-way ANOVA. Conclusions were given as the follows:1. There was significant difference grades resulted in different satisfaction for the factor ”school administration”.2. There was significant difference choosing reasons resulted in different satisfaction for the factor ”learning achievement”,.3. There was significant difference students with or without certificates had different satisfaction for the two factors ”school administration” and ”learning environment”.
