並列摘要

Revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA) still remains a difficult procedure presenting several technical challenges to surgeon due to lack of anatomical references and destroyed ligamentous tissue. Computer assisted surgery (CAS) is recognized as an efficient method for improving accuracy of neutral mechanical axis and ligament balancing in primary TKA. In revision TKA, CAS provides the same advantages. It has not yet been fully evaluated, however, whether application of CAS in revision TKA is efficient. Understanding the characteristics of CAS in revision TKA is important to the successful application. In this article, we review clinical results, advantages and disadvantages of CAS in revision TKA.
