青年旅館經營模式創新與顧客休閒體驗感受之研究

A Study on the Innovation of Youth Hostel Business Model and the Perceived Leisure Experience of Customers

摘要


近年來,青年旅館產業發展迅速,經營模式的創新以及顧客休閒體驗已成為重要議題。本研究旨在探討青年旅館經營模式的創新以及顧客感受的休閒體驗。透過對青年旅館經營者和顧客的深入訪談,分析影響青年旅館經營模式創新的關鍵因素,以及顧客休閒體驗的維度。研究結果顯示,青年旅館是基於經營者對於旅遊體驗而發展出的新型態旅館,,並改善了它們的缺點。在經營創新方面,青年旅館結合了青年旅館、膠囊旅館和商務旅館的特點,與“換宿"概念結合。在行銷策略上,青年旅館主要以高隱私床位和特色文化公共空間設計等,透過網路社群和口碑行銷的方式吸引目標客群。青年旅館創新經營模式和行銷手法,除了滿足旅客的需求,也注入旅館業新的活力,此其成功案例值得經營者參考學習。

The rapidly developing youth hostel industry has seen increasing importance placed on business model innovation and customer leisure experience. This study explores the innovation of youth hostel business models and the perceived leisure experience of customers. Through in-depth interviews, the key factors affecting business model innovation and the dimensions of customer leisure experience were analyzed. The findings show that youth hostel business model innovation includes service, product, and management innovations. Customers' perceived leisure experience encompasses functional, emotional, and social dimensions. This study offers theoretical and practical insights to support the development of the youth hostel industry.
