The term of Nonce Formation is defined by Hayasi,si-rou in 1982 which means the words can't be found in dictionaries and are created impromptu. The author considers that the phenomenon of Nonce Formation seems not only appearing in Japanese language but also in Chinese language. Firstly, this thesis elected some words seemed to be Nonce Formation from 100 Chinese-Japanese electronic newspapers and judged if they would be Nonce Formation according to the definition from this thesis. In order to understand the elements and structures in Nonce Formation, analyzed some words which have the corresponding translations in Chinese. According to this analysis, 7 types of structures are found when having the words translated into Chinese language. Furthermore, the most common construction is ”the same form of characters appearing both in Japanese and Chinese language and sense” when Nonce Formation in Japanese language had been translated into Chinese language during the study of 7types of structures.
