本論文以獼猴、咖啡、休閒旅遊與生態教育四要素,探討臺中市大坑山區郭叔叔的經營策略與在地關懷。首先提出臺灣野生獼猴的生存空間、放任或馴化等課題思考,其次探討郭叔叔獼猴園的成立動機,與其如何同時實踐休閒旅遊與生態保育的理念經營;其三,從大坑野生咖啡的採摘與烘焙製作,觀察郭叔叔如何結合獼猴之生態意象,建立其「迷喉咖啡」的品牌與行銷策略,拓展經營面向;其四,觀郭叔叔獼猴園如何結合「臺中自然生態觀光協會」,成立志工團隊,推廣獼猴生態教育;並聯合中臺科技大學,透過服務學習課程,使青年學子融入地方產業、實踐在地關懷。最後,透過獼猴園的觀察研究與服務實踐,思考如何深化學校與在地情感之鏈結關係。
In this project, author intends to explore business strategy and domestic care of Uncle Kuo's in Dai-Kung area, Taichung city, from rhesus money, coffee, leisure tourism and eco-education aspects. The Dai-Kung geometric characteristics and development status of leisure industry is briefly introduced; followed by discovering operation strategy and management style learning from establishment and development, and transformation outside interference to inside assistance from subjects of Taiwan rhesus monkey living space, laicization or domestication. By observing the wild coffee seeds harvesting and flavor exploiting, how Uncle Kuo's rhesus monkey garden promotes the "rhesus monkey coffee" and "food feeding show" for its garden income and substantial finance basis will be discovered. The forth section presents how to extend and increase garden leisure image by collaborating with local "Taichung Nature Ecology Tourism Association" to investigate and record, and reorganize visualization of photo taken on garden alnd local "The Forth Hiking Trail" to explore the possibility of redirecting garden having agriculture, ecology, leisure and education multiple functions. Student services learning aspects will focus on how to assimilate Eco-education and tourism guide into local leisure industry where young students could practice their domestic care spirt. Finally, through observation research and service practice in this article, conclusion will be reflected on linkages and close relationship between University and domestic Dai-kung.
