摘要
1949年6月，印順法師與續明、常覺、廣範等法師，為逃避戰禍，從廈門到香港，直到1952年9月3日，在李子寬安排下從香港搭輪赴臺灣，代表中華民國出席在日本召開的世界佛教友誼會第二屆大會，總計他在香港停留了3年又3個月時間。在這期間，他曾經暫居過大嶼山寶蓮寺、香港佛教聯合會灣仔會所、新界粉嶺之覺林、新界大埔墟的梅修精舍、新界青山淨業林等不同地方。身為學問僧的他，即使在動亂的時代，也不忘弘法與對佛學義理的探究，如在荃灣鹿野苑講〈從蓮花談佛法〉與《寶積經》〈普明菩薩會〉，在東蓮覺苑講《中論》偈頌，在大埔墟梅修精舍為演培、續明等講《大乘起信論》，在屯門淨業林講《勝鬘師子吼一乘大方便方廣經》，在青山淨業林講《淨土新論》及〈人間佛教緒言〉、〈從依機設教來說明人間佛教〉、〈人性〉、〈人間佛教要略〉等有關「人間佛教」的內容。總計他在港期間，除編輯完成《太虛大師全書》，還出版了《太虛大師年譜》、《般若波羅蜜多心經講記》、《中觀今論》、《青年佛教與佛教青年》、《性空學探源》、《大乘是佛說論》、《淨土新論》、《大乘起信論講記》、《中觀論頌講記》、《勝鬘經講記》、《佛法概論》等具有相當學術份量的著作。此外，1952年間，他還被推舉為世界佛教友誼會港澳分會會長、香港佛教聯合會會長。希望透過本文，可以呈現印順法師在香港停留時期的相關（弘法）活動與學術研究。

In order to escape from war, Master Yin Shun along with Master Xu Ming, Chang Jue and Guang Fan, fled from Xiamen to Hong Kong in June 1949. Arranged by Li Zikuan, Master Yin Shun sailed to Taiwan on September 3, 1952, and then attended the second general conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhists held in Japan as the representative of The Republic of China. He had been stayed in Hong Kong for 39 months and briefly lived in several places. In these times, he did not forget to promote the Dharma and study the principles of Buddhism. He not only edited the ＂The Completion of Master Taixu ＂, but also published ＂The Chronicles of Master Taixu＂, ＂Young Buddhism and Buddhist Youth＂, ＂New Theory on Pure Land＂, and other books with academic value. In 1952, he was elected as the chairman of the Hong Kong and Macau branch of the World Fellowship of Buddhists and the chairman of The Hong Kong Buddhist Association. Through this article, I would like to present the relevant (propagation) activities and academic research of Master Yin Shun during his time in Hong Kong.
