體感遊戲對於坐式生活者健康促進之可能貢獻

The Possible Contribution of Health Promotion for People with Sedentary Lifestyle by the Exergames

摘要


近年來傳統的手控遊戲機漸漸被一種新興科技所取代,它是一種提倡身體活動結合科技與遊戲的互動產品,因此被取名為體感遊戲(Exergames)。根據近年來研究結果顯示,體感遊戲對於坐式生活者而言具有健康促進的效果,並對於無法正常外出活動的身心障礙患者來說,甚至可能成為一種充滿替代價值的復健工具。因此,本文收集近年來有關體感遊戲對於坐式生活者健康促進的相關研究,探究坐式生活者在使用體感遊戲時生理之改變及適應,進而提供坐式生活者使用體感遊戲作為身體活動替代方案的參考。

In recent years, traditional hand-controlled consoles gradually replaced by an emerging technology, it is the promoted physical activity combined with interactive technology and games products, so called Exergames. According to the recent researchs' result showed that Exergames for people with sedentary lifestyle had the effects of health promotion, and for the handicapped patients with physical and mental disorders even had the full replacement value of rehabilitation. Therefore, this study collected the recent researchs about the Exergames for health promotion. We explored the physiological change and adaptation of people with sedentary lifestyle by the Exergames, thereby to provide the posibillity for those used Exergames as a alternative reference of physical activity.
