經顱磁刺激治療術促進腦中風病患康復與生活品質探討

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy Improves Rehabilitation and Quality of Life on Stroke Patients

摘要


本文旨在系統性說明經顱磁刺激治療(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, TMS)的原理及如何提供腦中風病患生理、心理、社會上全面照護,以促進康復和提高生活品質,並提出實證研究結果供護理人員在面對接受經顱磁刺激治療的腦中風病患時參考。文獻指出,經顱磁刺激治療在生理上加強病患的肌肉強度和協調性,在心理上改善其憂鬱情緒,並且在社會層面上提升其社交能力,雖治療後有些不適,但能使病患能夠更好地適應術後生活。實證研究結果顯示,對腦中風病患而言,經顱磁刺激治療是目前安全有效的方式,能提供全面照護以確保其健康和生活品質。

This article takes a systematic approach to explain the principles of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and how to provide comprehensive physical, psychological and social care for stroke patients to promote recovery and improve quality of life. At the same time, it puts forward relevant empirical research results in the past, and provides nursing staff as a reference when dealing with stroke patients receiving transcranial magnetic stimulation. The literature points out that the transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment can enhance the muscle strength and coordination of the patient in the physical aspect, improve the depression in the psychological aspect, and improve the social ability in the social aspect. Although there is some discomfort after the treatment, it can enable the patient to Better adapt to postoperative life. The results of empirical research show that for stroke patients, transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy is currently a safe and effective way, which can provide comprehensive care and improve their health and quality of life.
