質性研究的實作分析-以現象學取向半結構式訪談為例

Practical Analysis of Qualitative Research-An Example of Semi-Structured Interviews based on the Phenomenological Approach

摘要


質性研究對資料的細緻處理,吸引新手研究生、研究者對它的喜好,而投入此種取向的研究。但對新手研究者或研究生來說,從理論、實務操作到研究報告的呈現,並不容易。本文試從「質性研究的實作分析-以現象學取向半結構式訪談為例」來解說質性研究的過程,並以一個有「訪問者、受訪者、觀察者」三人小組的角度,提供不同角度的思維、回饋、修正、調整的模式,以提升質性研究的信度與效度。在兼顧研究倫理與研究結果之下,協助研究新手們對質性研究的認識,進而降低從事質性研究的困難。

Qualitative research is an approach with meticulous data analysis techniques and thus has attracted novice researchers and graduate students to engage in it. However, novices usually find it difficult to present research reports via the procedure going from theory to practical operation. This paper attempts to explain the process of qualitative research based on the practical analysis of phenomenological semi-structured interviews to provide diverse perspectives on thinking, feedback, modification, and adjustment from a three-person group, including an interviewer, interviewee, and observer to enhance the credibility and validity of qualitative research. While ensuring research ethics and results, this paper may serve as a guide assisting novice researchers in understanding qualitative research to reduce the difficulties of conducting qualitative research.
