幼儿焦虑状况与家庭环境的关系研究

The Relationship between Childhood Anxiety and Family Environment

摘要


焦虑(anxiety)是幼儿常见的负面情绪问题之一,通常发生在儿童早期,如果幼儿有适当的焦虑水平,并且有针对性的情况,可以认为是正常的,但是如果幼儿的焦虑水平过高,就会变成一种不正常的状况,会影响到幼儿的身心发展,而长期的过度焦虑也会引起抑郁、精神分裂症等情绪。本研究以3-6岁幼儿为研究对象,采用学前儿童焦虑量表和家庭亲密度与适应性量表,通过统计比较分析得出幼儿焦虑状况及特点,不同因素对幼儿焦虑情况的影响,以及对幼儿焦虑的干预措施。结果表明:共有184名幼儿参与调查,幼儿的焦虑总得分有明显的年龄差异(p<0.05),进行家庭经济条件与家长职业的双因素方差分析,发现二者在幼儿焦虑总分上存在显著的交互作用(p<0.05)。因此,研究者提出幼儿家长应关注孩子的焦虑情况,早发现问题,早进行干预措施,帮助孩子健康成长。

Anxiety is one of the common negative emotional problems, usually occurs in early childhood, if children have appropriate anxiety level, and targeted situation, can be regarded as normal, but if children's anxiety level is too high, will become an abnormal condition, will affect children's physical and mental development, and long-term excessive anxiety can cause depression, schizophrenia and other emotions. In this study, with children aged 3-6 years old, the preschool children anxiety scale and family intimacy and adaptability scale were used to obtain their anxiety status and characteristics, the influence of different factors on their anxiety status, and the interventions for their anxiety. The results showed that a total of 184 children participated in the survey, and there was a significant age difference in the total anxiety score (p <0.05). Two-way ANOVA of family economic conditions and parental occupation found a significant interaction between the two in children's total anxiety score (p <0.05). Therefore, the researchers suggest that parents should pay attention to their children's anxiety, find problems early, early intervention measures to help children grow up healthily.
