科技接受模式的發展與未來趨勢分析
Development and Future Trend Analysis of Technology Acceptance Models
摘要
科技接受模式（TAM）是企管商業研究者最常用的模式之一。Davis先後於1986年提出科技接受模式I和1989年修正後增加外部變數的科技接受模式修正版，Venkatesh and Davis（2000）又修改了科技接受模式II，刪去使用態度，增加主觀規範、形象、職務關聯性、產出品質、結果明確性等影響知覺有用與使用行為意圖之變項，及二個調節變項「經驗」和「自願性」。Venkatesh等人於2003年提出整合科技接受模式（UTAUT），2012年再提出UTAUT2。本文採用文獻計量法，以「科技接受模式」為關鍵詞，在華藝線上圖書館數據庫中搜尋相關期刊460篇，再以VOSviewer軟體分析出熱點和未來發展趨勢。

The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is one of the most commonly used models by business researchers. In 1986, Davis proposed the Technology Acceptance Model I and a revised version of the Technology Acceptance Model that added external variables in 1989. Venkatesh and Davis (2000) modified the Technology Acceptance Model II, deleting the use attitude and adding subjective norms and images, job relevance, output quality, result clarity, and other variables that affect perceived usefulness and behavioral intention to use, as well as the two moderating variables "experience" and "voluntariness." Venkatesh et al. proposed the Integrated Technology Acceptance Model (UTAUT) in 2003 and then proposed UTAUT 2 in 2012. This article uses bibliometric methods, using "technology acceptance model" as the keyword, to search 460 relevant journals in the Huayi Online Library database, and then uses VOSviewer software to analyze hot spots and future development trends.
