從養生觀點分析《素女經》的性學要點與價值
Analysis of Sexological Viewpoints and Value in "Su Nu Jing" from the Perspective of Health Preservation
摘要
《素女經》與《玄女經》並稱為中國房中術鼻祖，據說成書於西漢，然而，自唐代之後失傳。目前流通的《素女經》是出自日本丹波康賴的《醫心方》的選輯，其內容為玄素二經的融合版。《素女經》中講述黃帝和素女、玄女與采女討論性愛議題的對話，其內容分為兩部分：一是性愛理論、二是性愛姿勢，二者都與養生及身心保健相關，視性愛為靈肉合一的美事，也同時能達到強身健體的目的。《素女經》中能古術今用的內容有：古今皆宜之性愛觀、強調男女性愛平權之性權利與義務、重理論與實踐，講究陰陽調和的性愛過程，及固精養氣的養生觀念。《素女經》所談的房中術是古代性醫學精華，講求節欲，而非緃欲，於今而言，具有學術和實用價值，故應加以推廣，然而，書中部分不合時宜且無科學根據的糟粕，應予捨棄。

"Su Nv Jing" and "Xuan Nv Jing" are both called the originators of Chinese Fangzhong Shu (sex manual or art of making love). It is said that they were written in the Western Han Dynasty. However, they were lost after the Tang Dynasty. The Su-Nyū Sutra currently in circulation is a selection from Japan's Tambano Yasuyori's "Yi Xin Fang" (医心方、いしんぼう, 912-995), and its content is a fusion version of the two Xuan Su Sutras. "Su Nv Jing" depicts the dialogue between Emperor (Huangdi) and Su Nv, Xuan Nv, and Cainv discussing sexual issues. The content is divided into two parts: one is the theory of sexual intercourse, and the other is sexual postures. Both are related to health preservation and physical and mental health care. Sex is a beautiful thing that unites the body and soul, and it can also achieve the purpose of strengthening the body. The contents of "Su Nu Jing" that can be used in ancient times and nowadays include the viewpoints of sex that are feasible for both ancient and modern times, the sexual rights and obligations that emphasize the equal rights of men and women in sex, the emphasis on theory and practice, and the sexual process that emphasizes the harmony of yin and yang. The Fang Zhongshu discussed in "Su Nv Jing" can be regarded as the essence of ancient sexual medicine, which emphasizes abstinence rather than sexual desire. Today, it has academic and practical value and should be promoted. However, some parts of the book are out of date and irrelevant. On the contrary, the dross of scientific basis should be discarded.
