本研究是以多元領導模式為主要基礎,來探討運動領導。在運動領導的研究中,多元領導模式是最常用來探討運動領導效能的。而多元領導模式,主要是以喜好與實際領導行為一致性對運動員滿意度最為影響,部份學者的研究結果也證實了喜好與實際領導行為一致性愈高,運動員滿意度也愈高。「多元領導模式(The Multidimensional Model of Leadership)」立論,是目前應用較廣的研究理論。該理論指出教練行為可分為五種:獎勵行為、關懷行為、訓練與指導行為、民主行為、專制行為。本研究就已以上五種行為,以及有關於多元領導模式的相關特質,來探討運動領導。
This research is based on the Multidimensional Model of Leadership to discuss the leadership for sports. The leadership for sports is the most studies of the Multidimensional Model of Leadership. The congruence of athletes, preferred and perceived leadership has obviously effect with athlete's satisfaction, some scholar, research confirm that the congruence of athletes, preferred and perceived leadership and athlete's satisfaction is positive.Now the theory of the Multidimensional Model of Leadership applied more popularly. The five dimensions of coaches, leadership behavior: Positive Feedback、Social Support、Training and Instruction、Democratic Behavior、Autocratic Behavior. This research is based on five dimensions of coaches, leadership behavior and the Multidimensional Model of Leadership to discuss the leadership for sports.
