本研究探討以桌遊媒材融入優勢力團體方案對人際困擾青少年之立即與延宕性輔導效果。本研究採實驗組與控制組前後測準實驗設計,以人際困擾青少年為研究對象,實驗組與控制組各7人,實驗組接受實驗介入,控制組則無接受實驗處理。兩組皆以「青少年優勢力量表」、「中學生人際關係量表」做為團體前後測以及團體後八週追蹤測工具。所得資料分別採單因子共變數分析與Mann-Whitney U檢定,並以成員初次訪談表、團體觀察記錄表、成員回饋表、成員訪談之摘要等資料,以作為輔助性資料。研究結果如下:1.桌遊媒材融入優勢力團體方案對人際困擾青少年之青少年優勢力具有立即性輔導效果,但未具有延宕輔導效果。2.桌遊媒材融入優勢力團體方案對人際困擾青少年之人際關係未有立即性輔導效果,但具有延宕輔導效果。3.從團體回饋得知成員願意投入與改變,對團體進行有正向感受。建議相關輔導人員可妥善運用桌遊媒材於人際團體輔導,給予人際困擾青少年發揮優勢力的空間,並釐清人際困擾青少年之系統脈絡。
This investigation evaluated the effect of board games employed in a strength-based group for young people with interpersonal problems and discovered the difference in immediate and long-term effects. This study recruited middle school students from the south part of Taiwan; the experimental group and control group comprised seven students each. The groups completed the Teenager Strength-Based Scale Rating and Interpersonal Relationship Scale Rating before and after the 8-week investigation. Analysis of covariance and the Mann-Whitney U Test were used to analyze the collected data. In addition, to obtain back-up information, interviews were conducted and recorded before and after experiment, group observation records were made, and the participants offered their reflections. The results were as follows: 1. Incorporating board games into a strength-based group to improve teenagers' strengths had an immediate counselling effect but not a long-term counselling effect. 2. Incorporating the use of board games into a strength-based group for teenagers with interpersonal challenges had an immediate counselling effect but not a long-term counselling effect. The feedback provided by the group revealed that the teenagers were willing to participate actively and change themselves. In general, they had positive feelings toward their group. Counselors can use board games in interpersonal group counseling, give space for teenagers with interpersonal challenges to exert their strengths, and clarify the structural circumstances faced by teenagers with interpersonal challenges.
