心理位移繪畫之影響研究

The Impact of Psychological Displacement Paradigm in Drawing

摘要


本研究旨在探討研究參與者進行「心理位移繪畫」後之立即影響及追蹤回饋。資料來源為14名三個月內具有壓力或情緒困擾者,在進行「心理位移繪畫」後立即接受訪談所得之16小時逐字稿的部份資料以及四個月後的追蹤回饋單之資料,資料分析採用現象學取向方式進行,研究結果發現:一、心理位移繪畫之立即影響:包含「抒發情緒,平靜開心」、「想法不同,觀點拓展」、「釐清想要,清楚目標」、「看見真實自我,增加自我認識」、「看見自我能力,增加自我肯定」、「提取他人支持,獲得正向力量」、「事件嚴重感降低」、「面對壓力的態度轉變,促進調適」、「繪畫促使壓力從模糊到具象化,促進面對」、「未來可以運用心理位移繪畫來面對其它壓力」等十項共同影響。二、四個月後的追蹤回饋:包括有「情緒轉變」、「降低壓力事件影響力」、「抒發壓力」、「轉換角度看待壓力事件」、「運用心理位移概念在日常生活」等五項共同回饋。

The study explored the immediate and long-term effect of the psychological displacement paradigm when applied to drawing therapy. Data were obtained from the transcripts of 16 hours in total of interviews with 14 participants who were under pressure or were experiencing emotional disturbance within a period of 3 months. These data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach. The research findings were as follows. First, the paradigm exerted immediate effects in the following 10 respects: 1) a release of emotion and feeling of calm, 2) an extension of one's perspective, 3) a clearing of the goals, 4) an increase in self-awareness, 5) an increase in self-affirmation, 6) a boost to psychological strength, 7) the event is perceived to be less serious, 8) a shift in one's attitude toward the stressful event, 9) the event from vague to concrete can being reified such that help the participant could to face the pressure event effectively, and 10) an ability to use the psychological displacement paradigm in drawing to cope with other pressure event(s) in the future. Second, the paradigm exerted long-term effects in the following five respects: 1) a shift in one's emotional state, 2) a reduction in the influence of stressful events, 3) an ability to give vent to one's stress in a healthy manner, 4) a change in one's perspective on stressful events, and 5) the ability to apply the concepts of the psychological displacement paradigm to one's everyday life.
