單發動機商務飛機營運限制之研究

A Study on the Operation Limitation of Single Engine Business Aircraft

摘要


全球現在的商用、商務或是私人客機的市場上裡,已出現一種新的飛機來取代過去漸漸老化且較不符合經濟效應的雙發動機飛機。現代化的新型渦輪發動機提供了比以往復式發動機更高的性能、可靠性和舒適度。由於渦輪發動機的動力強大,失效率極低,因此產生了單渦輪螺槳發動機商務客機的設計。本研究蒐集了1994-2013年間,這類新型單渦輪螺槳發動機商務客機與類似大小的雙渦輪發動機商務客機之失事資料,統計其事故原因,探討美國對單渦輪發動機飛機操作之相關法規,並對未來國內若能開放單發動機渦輪螺槳商務客機的操作提出幾點建議。

Modern turbine engine provided remarkable function and reliability; therefore, the new aircraft class of single turbine engine aircraft has been created. At the current general aviation market indicated that there is a tendency towards to utilize the single turbine engine aircraft in several different areas, such as EMS, passenger service and cargo service which instead of the traditional twin-engine aircrafts which are not as efficient as the single turbine engine aircraft. In this study which had coincidences with the data which from 1994-2013 regarded to the single turbine engine aircrafts as well as the similar-sized twin engine aircrafts have been collected and summarized. The major reasons of these accident have been studied and analyzed. The SEIFR regulation has also been reviewed in the United State.
