中醫治療急性腦梗塞案例之臨床療效

摘要
簡單的說，腦梗塞急性期(72小時內)中醫證型的臨床症狀約略相同，此時的急症應該著重在「辨病」上論治。故主要用川七及人參來補氣活血化瘀、止血通絡，人參可以讓梗塞區及周圍腦細胞存活更久。發病第一時間先用川七灌服，與西醫儘量爭取在3小時內要打rt-PA有異曲同工之妙，但臨床上卻有活血止血的作用，減少再灌注時出血的副作用。加上補陽還五湯是自清朝大醫家王清任發明之後，中醫界最常用來治療腦中風的著名方劑，此方經李政育醫師調整組成及劑量後稱為「育生補陽還五湯」，加重其活血藥物劑量以溶掉梗塞物通暢其血管，減輕其黃耆的劑量以防止過量的補氣造成新的出血，更適合應用在腦梗塞或其他血管梗塞的疾病。
