中藥對膀胱內膜癌術後灌注卡介苗液的腫瘤復發控制與併發症的治療病例報告

摘要
龍膽瀉肝湯與育生免疫過亢方本身就是生殖泌尿道炎症、癌症、出血、鬱血、肥厚的治療最佳方劑，目前西方醫學治療生殖泌尿道癌症，以膀胱癌尚未轉移前的治療，一般皆以膀胱內視鏡手術刮除後，再灌注卡介苗液為首選，可是卡介苗液灌注之後，幾乎每人皆會膀胱黏膜藥物性灼傷，病人對膀胱內膜灼傷後的燒灼感、疼痛或尿血，甚或在男性會有繼發性攝護腺結核，這對抗生素極端過敏反應的病人是幾乎無西藥可用，在中藥介入之後可以快速有效控制病情，長期緩解病情，甚至不再復發。無輸尿管與腎盂的灼傷而水腫或變形，膀胱逼尿肌、內外括約肌亦正常功能，尿道無灼傷或沾黏、結痂。亦無形成移行性病變。

Long Dan Xie Gan Tang and (Yu Sheng) Hyperactive Immune Formula provide exceptional efficacy for the treatment of genitourinary tract inflammation, cancer, bleeding, depressed blood, and prostatic hyperplasia. At present, Western medicine treatment of genitourinary cancer involves the following regimen. If the urothelial (bladder) carcinoma has metastasized, then transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) with adjuvant intravesical bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) will be performed. However, the prevalence of caustic damage, burning sensation, pain, and bleeding are extremely high, and some male patients even incur secondary tuberculous prostatitis. For those patients who have an allergic response to anti-tuberculous drugs and thus are unable to take those medications, Western medicine can offer no other alternatives. Administration of Chinese medicine medicinals can quickly and effectively mitigate the symptoms, and over time, resolve the condition and prevent recurrence. Plus, patients will not incur the complications of caustic damage, edema, and deformities of the ureters and renal pelvis, which may lead to dysfunction of the bladder detrusor and internal and external sphincter muscles, nor incur caustic damage, adhesions, or scarring of the urethra.
