新冠肺炎(COVID-19)群聚感染的中醫治療案例

Covid-19 Cluster Infection - Empirical Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要


於同次感染源所造成的群聚感染,可以觀察到不同個體在感染相同病毒時,身體所表現出的症狀不盡相同。依據中醫「辨證論治」、「隨證治療」之治病原則,分別給予不同的個人化處方。本次共收治5位COVID-19陽性確診者,Ct值從21~39,服藥從6天至14天不等。在同時確診後,前10天並無使用中藥,第11天開始先有一位加入中藥治療,自然地形成「治療組」與「對照組」,因此可以觀察中藥對病毒量的影響(Ct值)。之後,全員加入中藥治療,有三位的Ct值分別從29、27、28於一周之內轉為PCR陰性,處方雖然不同,但治療成效十分顯著。另一例是在接受治療後,病毒量降低(Ct:27→35)而改用輕劑,導致隔周的病毒量上升(Ct:35→31.5),則提供了治病時「藥病相當」,避免「藥輕病重」的寶貴經驗。

Through the same infection source for a cluster infection of Covid-19, it is likely to observe that different individuals with different symptoms. According to the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, it will allow for a more accurate and personalized TCM prescription, and a targeted therapy for varied patients. In this study, it is observed on 6 patients with Covid-19, Ct value between 21 to 39, taking traditional Chinese medicine differently from 6~14 days. After being diagnosed with Covid-19 simultaneously, there was one patient started to take TCM prescription from Day 11, and it brought out two modules, treatment group and observation group to see the effects of TCM (by Ct value). Afterwards, the others also began to take TCM prescriptions, and it's good to know that 3 of them got higher Ct value and were considered negative on Covid-19 within one week. They got different prescriptions and had manifest effects respectively. It is worth mentioning the 6th patient, in the first phase, she used to get a higher Ct value (Ct:27→35) after taking Chinese Medicine, and thus I made a light prescription for her. Subsequently, she got a less Ct value (Ct: 35→31.5) within the next week. This important experience reminds me of the crucial principle of avoiding light prescription for serious diseases especially in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
