利用SPECT醫學影像技術觀察針灸手三里穴後腦血流灌注的改變

Using SPECT Medical Imaging Technology to Observe Changes in Cerebral Blood Flow Perfusion after Acupuncture and Moxibustion at the Shousanli Acupoint

摘要


運用現代醫學工具,科學化的研究傳統針灸的療效機制,已成為主要的科研手段,故本人利用SPECT醫學影像技術,來觀察人體的穴位刺激後,腦血流灌注量的細微變化,本人選用手三里穴位來從事本實驗。結果:在單純以手法刺激手三里穴位前後,腦區血流灌注量的差異,血流灌注明顯增加的區域為海馬迴、杏仁核及小腦區;針上加灸手三里穴位刺激前後,血流灌注明顯增加的區域為部分海馬迴區及小腦區血流顯著增加。

Summary: The primary means of scientific research on the therapeutic mechanism of traditional acupuncture has been heavily rely on the utilization of modern medical tools.Therefore, I employed SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography) medical imaging technology to observe subtle changes in cerebral blood flow perfusion after stimulation of acupuncture points in the human body.Shou San Li (LI10) acupuncture point is chosen for this experiment. Result: Before and after the simple manual stimulation of Shou San Li (LI10) acupuncture point, the difference in cerebral blood flow perfusion indicates a significant increase in blood volume to the hippocampus, amygdala, and cerebellum regions. If using the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion on Shou San Li (LI10) shows the increased blood flowin certain regions of the hippocampus and cerebellum.
