摘要

局部缺牙贋復若以植牙重建，且必須以矯正處理牙齒不整或贋復空間不足的問題，如能先將植體植入，再利用植體作為矯正錨定，可能減少額外的微植體使用，亦可能縮短治療時間。本案例為一合併矯正與植牙治療，利用植體植入缺牙區作為矯正錨定，移動牙齒以獲得另一缺牙區贋復空間後，再植入另一植體，並完成植體支持固定假牙。

Dental implant inserted in an edentulous area to be used as orthodontic anchors for tooth movement and then serve as prosthetic abutment for fixed partial denture may shorter treatment time and reduce the use of mini-implant. The present clinical report demonstrates ortho-implant combined treatment, using implant as orthodontic anchors for space regain and then inserted anthor implant, finally 2 implnat supported FPD was fabricated.
