人才不但是农村的劳动力,更是乡村振兴能否成功的关键因素之一。在最近三年青年失业率走高情况下,如何处理农村就业问题,又能解决青年失业问题成为重要研究议题。本文之目的即是探讨民族地区农村劳动力高质量就业的前因与结果关系。本研究透过文献检索与问卷调查取得383份有效问卷,再利用文献分析与统计方法分析数据。研究发现,自主创业与网络创业等创业方向为排序第一的农村劳动力高质量就业方向;其次,民族地区农村高质量就业的前因包括就业能力等主观因素,以及就业环境与劳动报酬等客观因素;此外,本研究确认民族地区农村高质量就业的前因和结果关系,并确认主观因素的影响大于客观因素。最后,本研究提供政府部门与后续研究有用的建议。
Talent is not only the rural labor force, but also one of the key factors for the success of rural revitalization. In the recent three years, the youth unemployment rate has been rising, how to deal with the problem of rural employment, and how to solve the problem of youth unemployment has become an important research topic. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between antecedents and outcomes of high-quality employment of rural labor force in ethnic areas. In this study, 383 valid questionnaires were obtained through literature search and questionnaire survey, and the data were analyzed by literature analysis and statistical methods. The results show that entrepreneurial direction such as self-employment and network entrepreneurship is the top quality employment direction of rural labor force. Secondly, the antecedents of high-quality employment in ethnic areas include subjective factors such as employability and objective factors such as employment environment and labor remuneration. In addition, this study confirms the relationship between anthems and outcomes of high-quality employment in rural minority areas, and confirms that the influence of subjective factors is greater than that of objective factors. Finally, this study provides useful suggestions for government departments and subsequent research.
