贵州省农村劳动力需求变化轨迹研究

Changing Trajectory of Rural Labor Demand in Guizhou Province

摘要


本研究旨在通过梳理2000-2023年间贵州经济社会统计资料,深入分析贵州产业结构的变化趋势和产业高级化的发展规律,进而揭示经济社会对农村劳动力在数量、质量和结构上的具体需求变化。本研究透过政府与一般网络平台,查找劳动力需求的相关文献,并透过文献归纳法汇整其重要概念。研究发现,贵州近20年来产业的转变,造成农村劳动力的流失。这种现象,主要体现在村劳动力流向工业与服务业。产业升级规律显示,贵州省的产业目前正由传统农业矿业迈向高技术产业、数字经济产业。而且,产业链也不断延伸升级,比以往更重视绿色低碳转型。在此情况下,劳动力需求以第三产业为主。而且,劳动力质量需求也不断提升,高学历与高技能素质的劳动力需求逐步增长。最后,研究建议贵州省应继续加大教育培训力度提高劳动力素质,加强人才引进和培养工作吸引更多高素质人才。

By combing through the economic and social statistical data of Guizhou from 2000 to 2023, this study aims to deeply analyze the changing trend of Guizhou's industrial structure and the development law of industrial upgrading, and then reveal the specific changes in the quantity, quality and structure of rural labor force in the economy and society. Through the government and the general network platform, this study searched the relevant literature on labor demand, and integrated its important concepts through the literature induction method. The study found that the industrial transformation in Guizhou in the past 20 years has caused the loss of rural labor. This phenomenon is mainly reflected in the flow of village labor to industry and service industry. The law of industrial upgrading shows that the industry of Guizhou Province is currently moving from traditional agricultural mining industry to high-tech industry and digital economy industry. Moreover, the industrial chain has also been extended and upgraded, and more attention has been paid to green and low-carbon transformation than ever before. In this case, the demand for labor is mainly in the tertiary industry. Moreover, the demand for labor quality is also continuously improving, and the demand for labor with high education and high skill quality is gradually increasing. Finally, the study suggests that Guizhou Province should continue to strengthen education and training to improve the quality of the labor force, strengthen the introduction and training of talents to attract more high-quality talents.
