摘要

目的：此研究的目的是將鴉片治療指數翻譯成中文並評估其效度、測驗一再測驗信度與評估者間信度。方法：本研究在某療養院進行。使用單一測驗一再測驗信度個案群體來檢驗此量表的測驗一再測驗信度及評估者間信度。共有25病人由兩位評估者進行評估。使用Cronbach's alpha值來評估連續變項的信度。結果：測驗一再測驗信度部分，Cronbach's alpha值在0.587到0.972之間。評估者間信度部分，Cronbach's alpha值在0.666－0.963之間。結論：結果顯示中文版之鴉片治療指數整體而言有良好的信度。部分分測驗之信度不佳可能是與題目探詢個案之敏感問題，例如犯罪與性生活。

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess the validity, test-retest and inter-rater reliability of a Chinese version of Opiate Treatment Index. Methods: A test-retest single group design was used to investigate the test-retest and inter-rater reliability of the scale. Two raters conducted each measure twice on a total of 25 subjects. This study was conducted in the mental hospital setting. Cronbach's alpha values were used to assess reliability of continuous variables. Results: Cronbach's alpha value results ranged from 0.587 to 0.972 for test-retest reliability. The Cronbach's alpha value of the total OTI scale for inter-rater reliability was 0.666-0.963. Conclusion: Many of the clinical measures demonstrated good overall inter-rater and test-retest reliability. Those tests where acceptable test-retest and inter-rater reliability cannot be demonstrated. This finding may be due to sensitive material involving the topics of sexual and criminal behaviors.
