本研究目的旨在探討複合式訓練對中高齡長者功能性體適能表現之影響。研究方法:以彰化縣彰化市之中高齡長者共26名為研究對象(平均年齡64.88±6.42),依據年齡分為中高齡組10位與高齡組16位,並進行八週複合式訓練,每週2次,每次50分鐘,於訓練前、後進行功能性體適能測驗。統計分析以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定以及成對樣本t檢定進行分析。研究結果:中高齡組在上肢肌力、下肢肌力、心肺耐力之表現達顯著差異,高齡組在敏捷性測驗達顯著差異。結論:複合式訓練在提升中高齡長者之身體機能與生活品質有實質助益,未來可作為中高齡長者提升功能性體適能各項課程之建議,並可作為高齡長者健康政策擬定與行動方案之參考。
The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of complex training on the functional fitness performance of middle-aged and elderly people. A total of 26 middle-aged and elderly individuals (mean age 64.88 ± 6.42) in Changhua County and Changhua city were studied. Research methods: according to the age, they were divided into the middle and old age group (10) and the old age group (16) and were given eight weeks of complex training, twice a week, 50 minutes each time. Before and after the training, functional physical fitness test were conducted. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test were used for statistical analysis. Results: There were significant differences in upper and lower limb muscle strength and cardiopulmonary endurance in the middle-age group. The elderly group exhibits significant differences in agility tests. In conclusion, complex training has been shown to provide substantial benefits in enhancing physical function and quality of life for middle-aged and elderly individuals. In the future, it can be recommended as a comprehensive program for improving functional fitness in the elderly, and serve as a reference for the development of health policies and action plans for the aging population.
