甘蔗渣創意小物可行性之研究
Research on the Feasibility of Creative Bagasse Products
摘要
近年來隨著環保意識的抬頭，全球提倡「綠色和平」及永續經營，也研發許多綠色產品。台灣對甘蔗渣的廢棄處理沒有規劃，所以促使本研究想將廢棄的甘蔗渣來進行廢物利用，做成一系列的種籽植栽之綠色創意小物。本研究利用廢棄的甘蔗渣中的纖維製成再生紙漿，並在再生紙漿中融入植物種籽，製成以甘蔗渣為主的種籽植栽，不僅達到環保的概念也可以達到療癒效果。若是種籽植栽的植物種植失敗，不需丟棄，而是將種籽紙植栽當成肥料，回歸自然以達到永續循環的效果。藉由本研究可以增加國人對於種籽紙的認知，並且探討甘蔗渣製成種籽盆栽的可行性，進而瞭解國人對於甘蔗渣塑形成綠色小物的接受度；本研究採問卷調查法，讓180位台南市的民眾觀看製成的甘蔗渣種籽球、甘蔗渣杯墊，進而填寫甘蔗渣製成種子創意小物的感官品評的問卷。根據結果分析，發現本研究提出的甘蔗渣製成種籽創意小物是不太可行的，接近七成的民眾無法接受種籽球的氣味，接近六成的民眾不願意購買。在實驗成果也可發現甘蔗渣種籽球會有種苗倒塌及發霉現象。受試者建議可以在種籽球的氣味做改善，杯墊如果想要推出當成商品需要加強包裝，可以增加購買者意願。

In recent years, with the rise of environmental awareness, the world advocates green peace and sustainable development, and modern society has also started to invent many green products. Taiwan has no concept of waste disposal of bagasse, which prompted the study to use the waste bagasse for waste utilization and make a series of small green ideas for planting seedlings. In this study, the waste bagasse in the use of fiber made of recycled pulp, and recycled pulp into plant seeds, made of bagasse based seed planting, not only to achieve the concept of environmental protection can also be cured . If the seed planting plant fails to plant, do not discard, but the seed paper plant as fertilizer, return to nature in order to achieve the effect of sustainable cycling. The research of this topic can increase people's cognition of seed paper and explore the feasibility of making bagged potted plantation of sugar cane bagasse so as to understand people's acceptance of plastic bagasse forming green small things. 180 people from Tainan City watched the bagasse seed balls and bagasse coasters made from this group, and filled out the questionnaire on the sensory evaluation of the baguette made from the bagasse. The sugarcane bagasse made in this sdy is a seed of creative ideas. Nearly 70% of the population can not accept the smell of seed balls. Nearly 60% of the people do not want to buy them. In the experimental results can also be found bagasse seed balls collapse and mildew phenomenon. Subjects suggested that this group could improve the smell of seed balls. If the coasters need to be packed as a product, they can increase the willingness of the buyers.
