下肢肌力訓練對高齡者下肢運動表現及健康生活形態之影響-以台南縣關廟鄉五甲村為例

摘要


本研究主要在探討下肢肌力訓練對高齡者下肢運動表現及健康生活形態的影響,其中受試者來自於台南縣關廟鄉五甲村鄉民,所有受試者均以亞科太克有限公司油壓式肌力訓練器材進行為期2個月的下肢肌力訓練,在進行訓練前與訓練後均以科正國際健康事業有限公司銀髮族體適能檢測系統和健康生活形態問卷進行檢測與調查,結果發現:1.下肢肌力訓練能夠改善受試者左腳坐姿體前彎(身體柔軟度)、右腳開眼單足站立(平衡能力)和2分鐘抬腿測驗(心肺耐力)等下肢運動表現。2.下肢肌力訓練能夠顯著改善受試者在日常身體活動中會感覺到呼吸不順或氣喘不過來的情形(健康狀況調查)、提升個人日常生活對於身體感覺的滿意度(生活滿意度調查)並且改善個人運動習慣(生活習慣調查)。

This research is mainly about the effectiveness of lower limbs muscle train for advanced age people's lower limbs performance and health affection. The subjects are from Wu-Jia village, Kuan-Miau Township, Tainan County; all subjects are trained for 2 months with the oil pressure train devices of NITTO DENKO CORP. Before and after the trainings subjects are surveyed by the Advanced Age Physical Fitness Survey by the Accuratus CORP. The results are: 1. lower limbs train could improve subjects' performance in body flexibility, balance and cardiopulmonary function. 2. Lower limbs train improved the condition in their health, life satisfaction and living habits.
