大學生網球正手拍上旋球技術教學之研究-以樹德科技大學為例

A Study on Topspin Tennis Forehand in Undergraduate Physical Education Course-An Example of Students of Shu-Te University

摘要


本研究主要目的為探討不同性別之大專生網球底線正手拍上旋球之學習情形。本研究以高雄市樹德科技大學九十九學年度第一學期體育興趣選項課程網球組之學生,共52人,其中男生26人、女生26人,以隨機方式分為實驗組與對照組,測試訓練前二週和八週訓練後的擊球成功率,並以雙因子共變數統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現: (一)在不同組別中,男女生學習結果有顯著差異,男生顯著優於女生;(二)就男生而言,不同組別其成績結果有顯著不同,實驗組顯著優於對照組;(三)就女生而言,不同組別其成績結果顯著不同,實驗組顯著優於對照組。本研究結論為8週網球多球訓練介入大專體育選修網球課程,無論其性別,皆可有效提升正手拍上旋球學習表現。

The purpose of this study was to examine topspin tennis forehand between males and females in undergraduate physical education course. In this study, 52 students from Shu-Te University, including 26 males and 26 females, were recruited as subjects. They were randomly assigned as either experimental group (n= 26) or control group (n= 26). The experimental group received 8-week multi-ball training in each regular physical education class, while the control group did not. All the subjects took test respectively 2 weeks before and 8 weeks after training program, and success rate was recorded. Data analysis was performed using an independent sample of two-factor analysis of covariance to check for differences. The results are as follows: (1) Male's performance is significantly better than females'; (2) in terms of male, the performance of experimental group is significantly better than that of control group; (3) in terms of female, the performance of experimental group is significantly better than that of control group. We concluded that 8-weeks multi-ball tennis training program conducted in undergraduate physical education course can effectively elevate topspin tennis forehand performance in both males and females.
