「教室型施打」疫苗接種執行研究－以桃園市大成國中社區疫苗接種站為例

摘要
中央流行疫情指揮中心為因應新冠肺炎疫情嚴峻發展，將65歲以上高齡長者列為新冠肺炎公費疫苗施打對象，並由地方政府負責推動疫苗接種計畫。從2021年6月15日起，至2021年7月15日止，桃園市75歲以上長者施打率為73.83%，65歲以上長者施打率為73.91%，這兩項疫苗接種成績均為六都第一。其中在桃園市執行高齡長者疫苗接種的31個社區接種站中，唯有大成國中社區接種站以「教室型施打」作為施打模式，其特有的模式以及執行成效，成為媒體注目的焦點。本文有鑑於此，希望能介紹其規劃設置緣由以及檢視執行模式，以為後續其他縣市執行疫苗接種的參考。

In response to the severe development of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the Central Epidemic Command Center has listed the elderly over 65 as the target of publicly funded new crown pneumonia vaccination, and the local government is responsible for promoting the vaccination plan. From June 15, 2021 to July 15, 2021, the rate of beating for elderly people over 75 years old in Taoyuan City was 73.83%, and the rate of beating for elderly people over 65 years old was 73.91%. The results of these two vaccinations are both in Liudu. First. Among the 31 community vaccination stations in Taoyuan City that implement vaccination for the elderly, only the Dacheng Junior High School Community Vaccination Station uses "classroom-style administering" as its administering model. Its unique model and implementation effectiveness have become the focus of media attention. In view of this, this article hopes to introduce the reasons for its planning and setting up and review the model of its implementation, so as to be a reference for subsequent implementation of vaccination in other counties and cities.
