Regarding the research of Korean orthography, there have been plenty well-known scholars and experts studying on it, and they have provided several important results. This article is divided into four paragraphs: the first paragraph described the distinction of some orthographic names, and the accounts of being the basis after regulation. The second paragraph review on the formation of the orthographic rules before the origination of Korean words, and discuss how the orthography was used within 15-19^(th) centuries, which is after the invention of words. The third paragraph would discuss contemporary orthography, which has come through many formal compilations and popularized. The backgrounds of its alterations and the time scales would be the best basic models for Korean learners. The fourth paragraph is the conclusion.
