慈濟大學慈誠懿德會夫妻委員生活關懷實踐之個案研究
A Case Study on the Life Caring Practices of Couple Committee Members of the Tzu Cheng/Yi De Association of Tzu Chi University
摘要
慈濟大學是一所宗教型學校，為協助學生的生活適應，以及達成培養有愛的優質青年，建構三軌輔導制，亦即由導師、心理師與慈誠懿德會（簡稱慈懿會）委員合作來進行對學生輔導。本研究基於對高等教育結合校內、外人力的輔導制度和高齡志工的服務學習感到興趣，探究其目的有三：一是慈懿會夫妻委員對大學生的生活關懷的重點、策略和目的；二是夫妻委員彼此所擔任的角色和分工；三是慈濟宗對他們投入生活關懷工作的影響。本研究採取個案研究法，以立意抽樣方式選取八對慈懿會夫妻委員為研究對象施以深度訪談，並以主題分析法來分析訪談資料。本研究結果為夫妻委員的生活關懷重點有營造家庭氛圍和關係、滿足學生基本生活需求、適時進行慈濟人文的薰陶、結合非正式互動、隨緣結緣和著重學生不同成長階段的生活議題；關懷策略則有身教示範、用智慧來處理學生的生活依賴、持續給予多元的關懷經驗，關懷目的則是累積愛的存款，讓學生學習感恩愛人。夫妻委員的工作角色分工以妻為主、夫為輔，而情緒角色則互給支持與鼓勵。慈濟宗影響慈懿會委員的關懷工作則有上人的感召力、慈濟師兄姐的服務典範以及融入志工經驗的慈濟人文等面向。最後根據研究結果，提出相關高等教育輔導制度及高齡志工服務設計的參考及未來研究之建議。

Tzu Chi University is a religious school. In order to help students adapt to their studies and life, and to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality young people with love, a three-track counseling system has been established. Tzu Cheng/Yi De(Ciyi)Association members cooperate to conduct student counseling. This study is interested in the guidance mechanism of universities connecting non-school system personnel, whose personnel can empathize and assist students not only from the perspective of knowledge learning, but also from life or emotional aspects. Therefore, this study intends to explore the life caring practices of the couple committee members of the Ciyi Association for college students, their roles and division of labor, and the influencing factors of their caring behaviors. This research method is a case study, and 8 couples of married members of the Ciyi Association are invited as the research objects, and the in-depth interview method is used to collect and analyze the data with a semi-structured interview outline. The research results include that the purpose of caring for couple committee members is to accumulate the deposits of love; the principles of caring have teaching by example, creating a sense of home, and being sensitive to the needs of college students, and accompanies and assists them with wisdom; practices of caring include turning the food wheel before turning the Falun, holding formal and informal parties, caring about the life issues of college students in different grade. The roles of the couple committee members are the leadership of the wife and the assistant of the husband; and mutual encouragement and support in the event of setbacks. The influencing factors of its caring practice are based on the spirit and experience of Tzu Chi, including the caring atmosphere of the Tzu Chi organization, the teachings and examples of the Master, the mission of the Tzu Chi Association, and the Tzu Chi humanities interpreted by the couple committee members.
