本研究以文字探勘搭配地理資訊的概念,呈現微藻或藍綠菌針對二氧化碳議題在國際的研究趨勢。研究中以1978年至2018年7月以來,Web of Science資料庫中收集文章中同時具微藻(microalgae)或藍綠菌(cyanobacteria)與二氧化碳共同出現(carbon dioxide)之關鍵字者,共計1,793篇文章進行藻屬或菌屬之文字探勘,研究其文章發生率、關鍵字關聯網絡及地理分佈概況。該議題發表量呈現逐年增加的趨勢,以摘要進行文字探勘微藻屬或藍綠菌屬(以下稱藻(菌)屬)之發表數量佔比來看,以亞洲之發表比例為最高,其中又以東亞之臺灣為最。其次則為歐洲及美洲。在亞洲發表前五大國家近10年藻(菌)屬之研究分佈來看,以Chlorella、Scenedesmus及Synechocystis為前三大屬。歐美國家亦以Chlorella為首,其餘重點藻(菌)屬則略有不同。在關鍵字分析方面,以養殖流程為面向,包括光合反應器、溫度、光合作用、超臨界萃取、基因工程、營養鹽、代謝工程等關鍵議題在網絡中有較大的重要性。本研究提供了微藻或藍綠菌在固碳方面藻(菌)屬在地理位置及關鍵培養重點的資訊。未來可以此為基礎更進一步深入獲取更有用的資訊,以做為該議題研究趨勢之參考。
Text mining coupling with geographic information is used to present the research trend of microalgae or cyanobacteria genera with carbon dioxide on 1,793 of journal papers from 1978 to July 2018. The study also conducts association network analysis between research keywords and domain genera. The number of publications on this issue has been increasing year by year around the world. The results reveal the number of related publications in Asia is the highest between five regions and Taiwan is one of the top countries. The results also show the top three genera published by Asian countries in the past ten years are Chlorella, Scenedesmus and Synechocystis. The top one genus in European and American countries is also Chlorella, but the other major genera list is different slightly. In terms of keywords analysis, photobioreactor, temperature, photosynthesis, supercritical extraction, genetic engineering, nutrients, and metabolic engineering are obtained. In conclusion, this study provides available information on the priority list of microalgae and cyanobacteria genera and their geographical information as well as their cultivation trend. Those information could be taken as the basis for further mining to obtain much valuable information in the future.
