天然氣複循環發電機組所產生的SO_2和NO_X排放濃度雖然遠低於燃煤發電機組,但其汞排放濃度有可能與燃煤電廠煙氣經過SCR、FGD處理後的濃度相當,因此仍應儘快調查國內天然氣複循環發電機組、鍋爐或加熱爐的排氣汞濃度,或者要求相關機關訂定燃料(包括燃煤、天然氣和生質燃料等)成分規範,限制其汞含量應低於一定的門檻。而天然氣發電雖然相較燃煤燃油發電所產生的空氣污染物和CO_2排放量較低,但隨著洗煤技術的進步和燃煤機組空氣污染防制技術的提升,其排放濃度和排放量已可大幅降低(如中國大陸的超低排放),在考量台灣能源穩定性(約98%進口)和天然氣接收站不足的情況下,或許需要重新思考國內未來能源架構比例重新思考的問題。
The SO_2 and NO_X emission concentration emitted from combined-cycle gas turbine electricity generating units are far less than that of coal-fired power plants. However, the mercury emission concentration emitted from combined-cycle gas turbine electricity generating units are closed to that of coal-fired power plants which equipped with SCR and wet FGD. It is suggested the relevant authorities should investigate the mercury concentration in the domestic natural gas-fired units and make some fuel quality specification to limit the mercury contents in the fuel. At the concerns about CO_2 emission and energy security, we maybe need to re-thinking the Taiwan's future energy mix.
