我國政府為了打造二零二五非核家園,亦實施多項政策,如:能源轉型、電業法改革…等,因此國內工業發展主軸除了工業4.0之外,綠能產業亦漸漸萌芽發展,其中因應政府能源轉型政策,再生能源:風力發電、太陽能發電…等都漸漸蓬勃發展,發電機產業也應該跟上。本文為研究銅繞線圈與磁鐵之間的角度改變對於永磁發電機的效能變化分析,使用磁鐵的磁力線切割導線時,其線圈產生之磁場吸力或推力幫助轉子吸入或是推出,並使用15度、30度、45度的固定角度以及磁助力線圈數量,在不同轉速之下抓取數據,並且參照驅動馬達消耗的電能與發電機輸出之電力,以此計算出各角度對發電機之影響。本研究的目標是希望能創造出一個與其他發電機相比,較為省力且產電能力上不輸其他發電機,這個發電機可應用於輕扭力發電產業,例如電動腳踏車和風力發電機以及小型的水力發電機等。藉由實驗結果得知:在於角度變化對於發電機有不小的影響;在特定狀況下,線圈的角度些微變化可以達到輸入降低顯著(耗能)並且輸出只有少量減少,而整體效能增加。

This paper is a study about the performance analysis of the coil angle change for the permanent magnet generator, when cutting the wire with the magnetic field line of the magnet. The magnetic attraction or thrust generated by the coil helps the rotor to suck in or push out, and uses different fixed angles of 15 degrees, 30 degrees, and 45 degrees, and the number of assisting magnetics. Collecting data at various speeds, and the power consumption and power output of the drive motor can be used to calculate the impact of various angles on the generator. The goal of this research is to create a generator that is less labor-saving and has no less power than other generators than other generators. This generator can be used in the light-torque power generation industry, such as electric bicycles and wind generators, as well as small-scale generators. hydroelectric generators, etc. According to the experimental results: the angle change has a big impact on the generator; under certain conditions, a slight change in the angle of the coil can reduce the input obviously (energy consumption) and the output power only a small amount, while the overall efficiency is increased.
