摘要

近年來世界各國，對於PM_(2.5)引發的霧霾所造成的各種健康影響、生活不便日益重視，應用粒狀物重量濃度監測設施（PM CEMS）進行固定污染源之粒狀物排放管理，為國際粒狀污染物管制趨勢，以即時掌握粒狀污染物的濃度與排放量。本文將介紹PM CEMS的管制用途與性能規範，並藉由國內燃煤電廠實廠測試結果，評估在國內大型污染源施行PM CEMS管制之可行性。
