智慧型電力控制應用於電動腳踏車

The Application of Intelligent Electrical Power Control for Electrical Bike

摘要


本論文主要目的為架構本校自製之電動腳踏車電力系統,系統主軸乃使用TI公司生產之TMS320F2812控制晶片,藉由Matlab/Simulink內的TI C2000 DSP Toolbox嵌入式控制技術,將寫好的程式轉譯並由CCS與eZdsp(上標 TM)F2812控制板執行晶片燒錄且鑲嵌於控制系統上。腳踏車電力系統其電池採用LYNO公司生產之鋰鐵電池,其與本論文設計之智慧型充放電系統組合後,可以同時控制充、放電(電池可串連放電、並連充電,更可透過自行設計之轉換頭做串連充電)及輸出模式。依照使用者輸入控制模式並搭配類比數位轉換器(Analog-to-Digital Converter, ADC)量測電池組之電壓值,藉由模糊理論推導出目前系統所需的電池組數,再由泡泡排序法(Bubble Sort)排列出目前優先放電的順序,從而輸出具有較佳電力的電池組數。運作期間,系統經由程式完整監控,達到電動腳踏車電力系統良好控制之效果。電動腳踏車智慧型電力系統實際裝配後,經過初步的實驗結果顯示,系統不管是在模式切換、電量控制及電池組的保護都具有不錯的性能表現。

This paper mainly aims at the construction of electrical power system for our school-made electrical bike. The core of electrical power system is TMS320F2812 control chip produced by TI Company. By using the embedded technology of TI C2000 DSP Toolbox inside Matlab/Simulink, the program will be written into control chip, which is embedded in the control system, by the CCS and eZdspTMF2812 control panel. The power source of electrical bike system is adopted with lithium iron battery made by LYNO Company and combined with the intelligent charging and discharging system which is designed in this paper. Therefore, the system can control the charge and discharge (charge with parallel mode, discharge with series mode, also can charge with series mode by using special switching junction) and output mode, simultaneously. By using fuzzy theory and Bubble Sort method, and according to the input mode made by user, also matching with the batteries' voltage measured by ADC, the system will obtain the number of batteries required and the priority of batteries discharge. Therefore, the output battery units have better electrical power. To achieve a good control effect, the system will be monitored by system program during the operation period. After the intelligent electrical power system is assembled into electrical bike, the system will be taken an experiment. From the results of preliminary test, one can find that the system has good performances in mode switching, power control and protection of the battery pack.
