本研究是以TDI及MDI兩種異氰酸酯製成滑板避震墊,藉由物性測試、50%的壓縮回彈測試及加工製備條件進行分析探討。本研究顯示在壓縮50%最大荷重、強度、韌性、壓縮能量、回復能量及彈性回復率等方面的測試結果,TDI系統的數值分別為110.78 kgf、7.84 kgf/cm^2、13554 kgf*mm、236 kgf、130 kgf及55.1%,MDI系統的數值分別為93.9 kgf、5.33 kgf/cm^2、12127 kgf*mm、222 kgf、146 kgf及65.8%;加工製備條件則以TDI系統的預聚合物較容易操作,後續處理上也較容易進行各種型態的修改。
This study was based on TDI and MDI two isocyanate PU of productive skateboard cushion pads, By physical testing, 50% compressive rebounded test and processing preparative conditions were analyzed explore, this study shows that the test results in compression of 50% maximum load, strength, toughness, compressive energy recovery energy and the elastic recovery rate, TDI system, the value PU were 110.78kgf, 7.84kgf/cm^2 ,13554kgf * mm 236kgf, 130kgf and 55.1%, MDI system, the value PU were 93.9kgf, 5.33kgf/cm^2 ,12127kgf * mm, 222kgf, 146kgf and 65.8%, the processing preparative conditions of TDI prepolymers were easier to operate, Subsequent processing was more prone to various types of modifications.
