本研究旨在探討國小女教師傳播媒體效應、身體意象、社會體型焦慮對體重控制自我效能之影響,並分析在不同個人背景變項下,其傳播媒體效應、身體意象、社會體型焦慮與體重控制自我效能的差異情形。以106學年度,服務於新北市國小女教師為抽樣對象,依學校班級數多寡採分層抽樣,依比例抽取,發放450份正式問卷,共得有效樣本439份,有效問卷回收率為97.6%。並使用SPSS 22.0中文版進行統計分析,以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析等方法,進行資料彙整與統計分析。研究結果發現:身體意象與體重控制自我效能有顯著正相關;傳播媒體效應與身體意象、身體意象與社會體型焦慮、社會體型焦慮與體重控制自我效能皆有顯著負相關;傳播媒體效應分別對社會體型焦慮與體重控制自我效能有顯著正向影響;傳播媒體效應、身體意象、社會體型焦慮能有效預測體重控制自我效能,其中以社會體型焦慮之「體型呈現自在」構面預測力最佳。本研究證實傳播媒體效應、身體意象、社會體型焦慮對體重控制自我效能有預測力,期許研究結果能提供女教師本身及教育部門,做為提升教師心理健康和教學品質之參考。
The aim of this study was to discuss the influence of elementary school female teachers' the influence of communication media effect, body image and social physique anxiety to self-efficacy of weight control. Simultaneously, analyzed the differences of different demographic variables in all of them mentioned above.The objects were elementary school female teachers who teaching at elementary school in New Taipei City. The study used stratified sampling based on the number of school classes. According to proportional sampling, total 450 questionnaires were distributed. And obtained 439 valid questionnaires were retrieved with an effective response rate of 97.6%. The statistic software SPSS 22.0 (Chinese version) was used for data analysis. The statistical methods included descriptive statistic, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis.The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. Body image and self-efficacy of weight control have significant positive correlation. The communication media effect and body image have significant negative correlation. Body image and social physique anxiety also have significant negative correlation. Social physique anxiety and self-efficacy of weight control have significant negative correlation, too. Communication media effect has significant positive effect on social physique anxiety and self-efficacy of weight control. Communication media effect, body image and social physique anxiety can effectively predict self-efficacy of weight control. Meanwhile, the "body shape presents itself" dimension of social physique anxiety has the best prediction. This study confirms that communication media effect, body image and social physique anxiety can predict self-efficacy of weight control, and hoping the results of this study will provide female teachers and the relevant educational government department as references for helping teachers' mentally healthy and teaching quality.
